The present invention provides a novel administration regimen for administration of FGF18 in the treatment of cartilage disorders such as osteoarthritis or cartilage damage. Specifically, a preferred treatment regimen is provided that includes every two weeks administration of the FGF-18 compound per treatment cycle.
