PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary pillow which is installed in a wheelchair and the like, which is attached to a portable backrest capable of stably maintaining a seated persons posture, and which does not provide a feeling of discomfort.SOLUTION: A pillow 10 is attached to a portable backrest that has supports 3 provided at both ends of an approximately quadrangular seat member, respectively. The pillow 10 has a pillow body part 11 for supporting a users head.
