The present invention relates to a method for inhibiting seed germination of weeds using a mixed strain comprising a strain of the genus Lactobacillus and a strain of yeast,Lactobacillussp.) strains and yeast strains inhibited the germination of weed seeds. Therefore, a herbicide containing the mixed strain of the present invention as an active ingredient may be widely used as an environment-friendly pesticide.본 발명은 락토바실러스 속 균주 및 효모 균주로 이루어진 혼합 균주를 이용하여 잡초의 종자 발아를 억제하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 특정 농도의 락토바실러스 속(Lactobacillus sp.) 균주 및 효모 균주로 이루어진 혼합 균주 배양액이 잡초 종자의 발아를 억제함으로써 잡초의 제초 효과가 우수한 점을 확인하였다. 따라서, 본 발명의 혼합 균주를 유효성분으로 함유하는 제초제는 친환경형 생물농약제로 널리 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
