The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition in the form of a nano- or micro-emulsion, comprising: (a) at least one oil (b) at least one polyglyceryl fatty acid ester, preferably with a polyglyceryl moiety derived from 3 to 6 glycerins, and more preferably 5 or 6 glycerins (c) at least one alkyl (poly)glucoside type surfactant (d) at least one amphoteric surfactant and (e) water. The cosmetic composition according to the present invention has a dispersed phase which has a smaller diameter due to a combination of the (b) polyglyceryl fatty acid ester and the (c) alkyl (poly)glucoside type surfactant, and the (d) amphoteric surfactant. Therefore, the cosmetic composition can be in the form of a nano- or micro-emulsion with transparent or slightly translucent.La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique sous la forme dune émulsion nanométrique ou micrométrique, comprenant : (a) au moins une huile (b) au moins un ester dacide gras de polyglycéryle, de préférence avec une fraction polyglycéryle dérivée de 3 à 6 glycérines, et plus préférentiellement de 5 ou 6 glycérines (c) au moins un surfactant du type (poly)glucoside dalkyle (d) au moins un surfactant amphotère et (e) de leau. La composition cosmétique selon la présente invention comporte une phase dispersée de diamètre plus petit du fait dune combinaison (b) de lester dacide gras de polyglycéryle et (c) du surfactant du type (poly)glucoside dalkyle et (d) du surfactant amphotère. Par conséquent, la composition cosmétique peut prendre la forme dune émulsion nanométrique ou micrométrique transparente ou légèrement translucide.
