PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable change of an application pattern, especially adjustment of the depth in soil to which fertilizer or agricultural chemical is applied.SOLUTION: A plowing simultaneous application machine 1 performs plowing in a set working width, while moving in one direction and carries out application of the particle materials into the plowed soil. The machine includes: a tilling tine 22 which cuts the soil toward a traveling direction around a rotary shaft 21 which intersects the traveling direction an upcut rotary part 20 which discharges the soil cut by a tilling tine 22 to traveling direction backward through rotary shaft 21 and an application apparatus part 30 which has a particle material derivation device 31 to lead the particle materials into the soil which the upcut rotary part 20 is made to discharge back.
