PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a working vehicle capable of decreasing the rotational speed of an engine without inviting engine stall at compulsive lifting up of a working device.

SOLUTION: This working vehicle includes: a compulsive lifting up and down-controlling means 63 performing the compulsive lifting up and down of the working device a rotational speed-changing means 52 which, when a work is performed at a target rotational speed memorized in a memory 53 and in the case of performing the compulsive lifting up control by the compulsive lifting up and down-controlling means 63, decreasing the rotational speed of the engine until a manually set indicated rotational speed, at a time point of passing first delayed time from the starting of the compulsive lifting up control and a control-selecting means 68 selecting the permission and inhibition of decrease of the rotational speed of the engine by a rotational speed-changing means 52 based on the operation of a selection switch 39.
