The movable solar food dryer comprises a dryer (1), a solar collector (2), a lever (17) hinged on a bottom of the solar collector and supported on a wall of the dryer, a foot (26), and a wheel sensor (25). The solar collector is hinged to the dryer through a rotational axis (3) for positioning the solar collector of an operating position around 45[deg] to a vertical storage position. The rotational axis is located in a lower part of the dryer about a center of a bottom of the two lateral sides of the dryer. A link maintains a horizontal position of the lever.
