A heat dissipation mechanism for greenhouse is designed to dissipate the heat accumulated within a greenhouse, wherein the greenhouse has a tilt or an arc-shape roof. The heat dissipation mechanism comprises: at least one opening opened on the rooftop of the greenhouse near the top end of the tilt roof or the arc-shape roof, and the opening may be opened, closed, and adjusted for opening extent. By opening at least one opening on the rooftop and adjusting its opening extent, to introduce the airflow outside the greenhouse to proceed with heat exchange with the airflow inside the greenhouse, so as to effectively dissipate the heat accumulated within the inner roof. By the heat exchange, the airflow lingering within the greenhouse may be disturbed for effectively dissipating the heat accumulated within the greenhouse.
