A new and distinct cultivar of Regal Geranium plant named ‘Oglger8026’, characterized by its upright and mounded plant habit moderately vigorous growth habit relatively small leaves freely flowering habit with flowers held above the foliar plane and large dark burgundy-colored flowers with red purple-colored picotee-type margins, and white-colored throats.
