A cosmetic device for naturally toning the facial and the upper neck muscles of a user. The device includes a pair of adhesive pads for adhering to the users facial skin, a pair of supporting earpieces connected to the adhesive pads, and a strap connecting the pair of earpieces. The length of the strap is to be adjusted until a desired tension is placed on the pads. The tension causes the pads to stretch the skin and thereby tone the facial and upper neck muscles naturally over a period of time for creating a more youthful look.
