This antibody comprises a heavy chain variable domain (VH) having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 7 and 9 and a light chain variable domain (VH) having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 8 and 10.
