Described herein are devices and methods relating to a container containing a unit dose of concentrated material that can be diluted and consumed orally using the container. In some embodiments, the instrument comprises a container body that defines an opening in fluid communication with the interior of the container body. The cap is attached to the container body and seals the opening. A unit dose of concentrated drug or concentrated contrast agent is disposed within the container body. A unit dose of concentrated or contrast agent can be diluted to a selected dilution strength with a volume of liquid that can be received through the opening and into the interior of the container body. In some embodiments, the device can include a septum member, and the container body and cap can be disposed in the septum member to protect the drug or contrast agent from light and / or moisture.
