PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improvement technology related to correcting a plurality of trace points constituting a trace line.SOLUTION: A selection point moving processing part 44 moves a selected trace point of a plurality of trace points constituting a trace line of a tissue. A tracking target determination part 46 determines a tracking trace point in a target range of tracking processing with the selected trace point as a base point according to a constraint condition that a feature trace point corresponding to a feature point of the tissue should not be a target of the tracking processing, from the plurality of trace points.
