Generator for gallium-68 daughter nuclide, comprises germanium-68 parent nuclide, which is specifically immobilized on a carrier by trihydroxyphenyl groups or dihydroxyphenyl groups. The parent nuclide immobilized on the carrier is continuously decayed with a half-life of 270.82 days by electron capture, to obtain gallium-68 daughter nuclide. The trihydroxyphenyl groups or the dihydroxyphenyl groups are covalently bonded to the carrier material by a linker comprising esters with 2-20C, alkylene with 2-20C, phenyl thiourea, amines with 2-20C, melamine or trihydroxyphenyl alkoxysilane.
