CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a microstructure with enhanced elution rate using supercritical fluid comprises: a step of filling non-soluble compounds of low melting point and porous adsorbent or disintegrant in a reactor； a step of enhancing the pressure of the reactor and lowering melting point of the compounds to react the compounds with the porous adsorbent； a step of lowering pressure and coagulating the non-soluble compounds and mixing with porous adsorbing agent or disintegrant.본 발명은 저융점 난용성 화합물을 용융시키는 단계； 표면적이 넓은 흡착제 내에서 균일하게 흡착시키거나 비표면적이 넓고 팽윤성이 있는 붕해제 등에 균일하게 코팅시켜 용출률이 증가된 미세구조체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 가용화 방법을 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 제조방법을 수행하기 위한 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 저융점 난용성 화합물의 미세구조체 제조방법에 따르면 난용성 화합물의 미립자 제조 공정이 매우 간소화되어 간단하게 입자를 생성할 수 있고, 초임계 압력을 사용하므로 생성되는 막이 보다 균질하고 안정하며, 유기용매를 사용하지 않기 때문에 안전성이 높으며 또한 경제적 효과가 있다.
