En particulier, la présente invention concerne un procédé d'amplification de la réponse immunitaire dépendante des lymphocytes T CD8+ chez un sujet souffrant de cancer comprenant l'administration au sujet d'une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace d'un agent capable d'augmenter la teneur en céramide intratumorale.
