A method for treatment of medial femoral neck fractures consists in the entering derotation spoke through the top of the greater trochanter and threaded rod coaxially to the neck into whirlbone. According to the invention, onto the distal end of the threaded rod by rotational motions the support is installed with locking mechanism till formation of tight contact of stopping notch with external cortical of the subtrochanteric femoral region in the fracture plane, then initial inter-fragmental compression is made by screwing of output nut onto threaded rod and after achievement of required tension in fracture zone, the output nut is screwed off and the following are installed onto threaded rod in series: washer, spring and output nut, where output nut is screwed till complete spring compression, and after operation completion the derotation spoke is removed from whirlbone.A compression apparatus for treatment of medial femoral neck fractures consists of a tube representing the stopper, locking mechanism, opening, and external rubber ring, where the working end of the stopper is made as three notches.Спосіб лікування медіальних переломів шийки стегнової кістки полягає у введенні деротаційної спиці через верхівку великого вертела і різьбового стрижня співвісно шийці в головку стегнової кістки.
