An image capture device (30) which photographs a disease part as a subject is provided with: a camera body; a light unit which is disposed on the camera body and provided with a first light source (211a) and a second light source (212a) having mutually different characteristics; and a filter unit (31) which includes at least one independent filter (31A) and is configured to cause the filter (31A) to be positioned on an optical axis of the camera body or withdrawn from the optical axis of the camera body. Pictures are taken serially by having the subject irradiated with light from the first light source (211a) and photographed in a state in which the filter (31A) is positioned on the optical axis of the camera body or withdrawn from the optical axis of the camera body according to a predetermined first mode, and then having the subject irradiated with light from the second light source (212a) and photographed in a state in which the filter (31A) is positioned on the optical axis of the camera body or withdrawn from the optical axis of the camera body according to a predetermined second mode different from the first mode.
