PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing device which can remove a lid quickly and easily, and can access easily to contents of a container.SOLUTION: A closing device has a plug 21 and a cap 24 which can cover both a neck portion 12 and the plug placed at the neck portion. The cap has a lid 26 and a ring 25, and the ring comprises means being capable of surrounding the plug and the neck portion in a state of installment, and to lock to the neck portion. The ring and the lid are made as a unit part, and both are connected mutually via at least breakable one portion by using power being parallel to a center axis line X1 of the ring and directed to the plug. The lid comprises a component 262 to be supported by the plug. The breakable portion is formed by a bridge, and is along an outer end portion in a radial direction of the lid and an inner end portion in a radial direction of the ring. A circular-arc hollow space 28 is formed between two adjoining bridges.
