PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading apparatus enabling an image reader to easily understand a range or an extent of a read image.SOLUTION: A medical image processing apparatus includes storage means, setting means, display image generation means, feedback generation means and output means. The storage means stores first image data obtained by photographing a subject body. The setting means sets display conditions of the first image data. The display image generation means generates second image data for displaying the first image data on the basis of the set display conditions. The feedback generation means generates feedback information indicating a range or an extent read by an image reader who reads the obtained first image data, on the basis of the set display conditions and the generated second image data.
