There is provided a compound of formula I or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof: for use in the treatment of a brain cancer selected from a MGMT positive astrocytic brain tumour, a metastatic brain cancer and primary CNS lymphoma and a method of treating said brain cancers in a patient in need thereof comprising administering to the patient said compound of formula I or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof.Se proporciona un compuesto de fórmula I o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo: para uso en el tratamiento de un cáncer cerebral seleccionado de un tumor astrocítico cerebral positivo a MGMT, un cáncer de cerebro metastásico y un linfoma de CNS primario y un método para tratar dichos cánceres cerebrales en un paciente en necesidad del mismo que comprende administrar al paciente dicho compuesto de fórmula I o una sal farmacológicamente aceptable del mismo.
