PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect recipient information and improve operability and diagnostic efficiency of an operator to consider whether or not adaptation conditions of a donor are satisfied in an image processor.SOLUTION: An image processor 10 includes: a relating section 42 relating donor information including image data concerning the donor of a kidney with recipient information including image data concerning the recipient of the kidney an information acquisition section 43 acquiring the related donor information and recipient information an item and reference setting section 53 setting a plurality of evaluation items to decide on a transplantation kidney candidate of the donor, and a transplantation floor candidate of the recipient an adaptability evaluation section 54 deciding on a combination of the transplantation kidney candidate and the transplantation floor candidate on the basis of the acquired donor information and recipient information and an image generation section 57 generating information of the transplantation kidney candidate which corresponds to the decided combination out of the image data of the donor and the transplantation floor candidate.
