The present invention relates to a mesh-type medical suture with a structure which evenly disperses the tension applied to the ligaments when reconstructing the injured ligaments of the joints to attach the same to the bones. The mesh-type medical suture comprises: first to third suture anchors fixed to the bones； first and second sutures having opposite ends combined to anchor parts of the first to third suture anchors； and a mesh unit formed between the first and second sutures. By forming a mesh-type structure between the sutures combined to the suture anchors, the tension on soft ligament can be evenly distributed and the damage or necrosis of soft ligament can be prevented, since a knot for fixation of ligaments is not required.본 발명은 의료용 봉합사에 있어서, 특히 관절부위의 손상된 인대가 뼈에 부착되도록 재건할 시에 인대에 가해지는 장력을 골고루 분산시켜 주는 구조의 메쉬타입 의료용 봉합사에 관한 것으로, 뼈에 고정되는 제1 내지 3 봉합나사와, 양 단부가 상기 제1 내지 3 봉합나사의 나사부에 결합되는 제1 및 2 봉합사와, 상기 제1봉합사와 상기 제2봉합사 간에 형성되는 메쉬부로 이루어지는 것이 특징이며, 봉합나사에 결합되는 봉합사 사이를 메쉬타입 구조로 형성함으로써 연조직인 인대에 미치는 장력을 균등하게 분산시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 인대의 고정을 위한 매듭이 요구되지 않으므로, 연조직인 인대의 손상이나 괴사가 발생하지 않도록 해주는 발명이다.
