PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a report preparation device capable of notifying a confirming person, who confirms remarks, of the existence of an important remark by displaying the existence or non-existence of the important remark and contents thereof when displaying a list, thereby decreasing the delay of a diagnosis and treatments for a patient by the confirming person, or correspondence mistakes such as failures to read a remark of a patient who needs an urgent diagnosis.SOLUTION: In a report preparation terminal device comprising report information preparation means for preparing report information including remark information on a medical image, there are provided level set means for setting the importance on character information included in the remark information, and list information preparation means by which an item included in the report information is mapped with identification means indicating the character information on which the importance is set, and based on confirmation information from a report confirmation device, the identification means is changed.
