The present invention relates to a device for binding the stem of agricultural products, which is provided to gather a predetermined amount (number or weight) of the stems of agricultural products in a bundle shape by using a pair of right and left binders operated by an operating means, thereby allowing the same to be conveniently bound and fastened by using a binding strap.
