PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter which prevents or alleviates the pain of the muscle, the tendon and the ligament at the outside and the inside of a knee joint caused during exercise.SOLUTION: The supporter includes a stretchable belt-like member (2) attachable so as to be put around the vicinity of the knee joint. On one surface of the belt-like member, a primary connection means (4a) set to one end of the member, a secondary connection means (5a) set to the inside area of the primary connection means, and a pad (3) set in the vicinity of the other end of the member are disposed.
