The present invention relates to an indoor air purification apparatus for a vehicle using non-thermal plasma, and more specifically, to an indoor air purification apparatus for a vehicle using non-thermal plasma, which generates ozone by non-thermal plasma generated by corona discharge so as to sterilize an air purification filter through a strong oxidizing action of ozone, thereby enabling more hygienic and sustainable management, and which controls a size of an applied voltage to recharge static electricity of an electrostatic filter so as to maintain purification capability of a filter at a maximum level and generate anion, which is helpful for a human body, thereby realizing pleasant indoor air condition. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the apparatus for maintaining air to be clean by being installed on the inside of a vehicle comprises: an air introduction unit through which the air is introduced a filter unit which purifies the air a discharge electrode unit formed on a front surface of the filter unit an induction electrode unit formed on a rear surface of the filter unit an air discharge unit for discharging the air purified by the filter unit indoors and a power control unit for applying voltages to the discharge electrode unit and the induction electrode unit.
