Technical result: the creation of a universal quick ecologically and fire-safe, the mobile portable device for high quality complex working disinfecting large surfaces and hard surfaces. Apparatus for producing humate aerosol steam generator 1 comprises a pair of steam pipe 2 and nozzle 3, built into a tubular housing 4 having a chamber 5 inside the disinfecting solution and an open end 6 for discharging the disinfectant solution with steam.
