PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information prediction device, biological information prediction method and program that can predict futuristic biological information.SOLUTION: A biological parameter acquisition unit 11 is configured to acquire a first biological parameter and second biological parameter from a subject, and a biological information prediction unit 12 is configured to predict a future tendency of the second biological parameter on the basis of a future tendency model defining a relation between a change in the first biological parameter and a change in the second biological parameter, and a history value of the first biological parameter acquired the biological parameter acquisition unit 11.
