PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bedsore prevention mat which does not partially sink a patients body even in a posture lying on his/her back and does not cause excess pressure concentration on a sacral spine region that is a polyleptic region of bedsore.SOLUTION: The bedsore prevention mat M has a pressure reception optimization part 2 made of a silicone gel material formed in midway in a direction of a pressure receiving cross section of a rectangular foam mat material 1. The foam mat material 1 is formed of a plurality of mat material layers 1A, 1B different in vertical hardness and interposing the pressure reception optimization part 2 between them, while the pressure reception optimization part 2 is formed by setting a plurality of elongated shape small chips in a parallel state extending in the longitudinal direction the foam mat material 1, and the pressure reception optimization part 2 has a rate of penetration of 50-250 (JIS K2207).COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 患者が仰臥姿勢をとった場合でも部分的に体が沈み込むようなことがなく、且つ褥瘡の多発症部位である仙骨部位等にも過度の圧力集中が生じないような褥瘡予防用マットの開発を試みたものである。【解決手段】 本発明のの褥瘡予防用マットMは、長方形状の発泡マット素材1の受圧断面方向中間にシリコーンゲル素材から成る受圧適化部2を形成して患者が仰臥位で用いる褥瘡予防用マットMであって、前記発泡マット素材1は、受圧適化部2を挟んで上下に複数の硬度を異ならせたマット素材層1A、1Bにより形成され、一方前記受圧適化部2は、細長形状をした小片状のシート素材20が複数片発泡マット素材1の長手方向に亘って並列状態に配設され、且つ前記受圧適化部2は、針入度(JISK2207)50~250であることを特徴として成るものである。【選択図】図1
