PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonnet mounting structure for a traveling vehicle capable of efficiently performing assembly while preventing generation of chatter vibration and damage of a pawl piece and a panel member when a bonnet is pushed into a rear panel member for connection. SOLUTION: A claw piece 36 for inserting and connecting a bonnet 16 to a rear panel member 22 on the machine side is attached to a bonnet hem 16b so as to have a tip length protruding from a skirt 16b of the bonnet so as to have flexibility and elasticity. And a laterally elongated flat plate-like member, and the flat plate-like member is provided with a holding surface 36d for holding the front end 22a of the rear panel member 22 at a portion of the holding groove 36a facing the rear end side 16h. A guide portion 36c for elastically abutting the tip end portion of the claw continuous with the inner wall of the rear panel member 22 to guide the introduction into the holding groove 36a is provided.
