A stationary preservation method for permeable gel algae species is disclosed. First, an algae cell of species to be protected is taken and mixed with an alginate solution then the alginate solution mixed with algal cell is coated on a solid-state carrier to enable the formation of an algal layer on the exterior of the solid-state carrier then the solid-state carrier formed with an algal layer is immersed in a calcium chloride solution, so that at this time, the outer surface of the algal layer and the calcium chloride solution contact each other and react with each other to condense into a permeable gel layer and afterwards, the solid-state carrier is removed from the calcium chloride solution, thus completing the stationary preservation method for permeable gel algae species of this invention.一種透氣式凝膠藻種之固定化保存方法,首先取一欲保種之藻類細胞,並與一藻膠溶液相互混合;再將混合有藻類細胞之藻膠溶液,包覆於一固態載體上,以使固態載體外部形成有一藻膠層;接著將形成有藻膠層之固態載體浸泡於一氯化鈣溶液中,此時藻膠層外表面係與氯化鈣溶液相互接觸,並相互反應而凝結有一具有透氣性之凝膠層;而後將固態載體由氯化鈣溶液中取出,即完成本發明之透氣式凝膠藻種之固定化保存方法。
