PURPOSE: A hemostasis band for adapting to tension is provided to prevent the separation of the both ends of a sterilized gauze without applying external force to a gauze combination area. CONSTITUTION: A band body(10) comprises a fixing unit(15). The fixing unit comprises an insertion hole. The both ends of the band body are coated with an adhesive material. The both ends of a sterilized gauze(40) is combined with a pair of gauze combine intervals. A support bar(21) is inserted into the insertion hole.본 발명은 인장력에 대응하는 지혈밴드에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 인장력에 대응하는 지혈밴드는, 길이방향의 양단부 일측면에는 점착재가 도포되며, 상기 도포된 점착재에는 보호테잎이 제거가능하게 덧대어져 있고, 길이방향의 일단부에는 폭방향으로 삽입공이 형성되어 있는 고정부를 구비하는 밴드본체； 상기 밴드본체 일측면에 나란하게 배치되는 한쌍의 거즈결합구간에 양단부가 결합되는 멸균거즈； 및 상기 삽입공에 분리가능하게 삽입되는 스틱형상의 지지봉；을 포함하며, 인장력이 가해지지 않은 상태에서 상기 한쌍의 거즈결합구간 사이의 멸균거즈의 길이는 밴드본체의 길이보다 더 길게 형성된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 밴드본체 일측에 부착되어 있는 멸균거즈가 박리되지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 지혈밴드로써 상처부위를 감싸는 과정에서 무한정으로 인장력이 가해질 수 없도록 할 수 있다.
