Provided is a shower head with which the effects of carbon dioxide and the effects of micro-bubbles can be synergistically improved. The shower head comprises a main body part that regulates the flow path of water, and a water sprinkling member that is connected to the main body part. The water sprinkling member includes a plurality of sprinkling holes through which water that has passed through the flow path is sprayed. The main body part comprises a micro-bubble generating mechanism and an accommodation part. The micro-bubble generating mechanism includes a mechanism for generating micro-bubbles in the water which flows through the flow path. The accommodation part is disposed upstream from the micro-bubble generation mechanism and defines an accommodation space which can accommodate a carbonic acid tablet so that the tablet reacts with the water flowing in the flow path thereby generating carbon dioxide.
