The main body part comprises a micro-bubble generating mechanism and an accommodation part. The micro-bubble generating mechanism includes a mechanism for generating micro-bubbles in the water which flows through the flow path. The accommodation part is disposed upstream from the micro-bubble generation mechanism and defines an accommodation space which can accommodate a carbonic acid tablet so that the tablet reacts with the water flowing in the flow path thereby generating carbon dioxide.
