PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus which allows a user to easily know the positions of an X-ray generation unit and an arm with respect to a subject and easily determine an irradiation range of X-rays.SOLUTION: The X-ray diagnostic apparatus of an embodiment includes: an X-ray generation unit for emitting X-rays a dose determination unit for obtaining an exposure dose of the subject by the X-ray emitted from the X-ray generation unit an image processing unit for generating an image in which a three dimensional mode indicating the subject is overlapped with a dose distribution based on the exposure dose and a display part for displaying the image.
