PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic therapeutic system of a simple structure capable of responding to displacement of a region to be treated.SOLUTION: The position and direction of an ultrasonic transducer 10 are adjusted and a therapeutic transducer 10T is electronically controlled for scanning so that a therapeutic strong ultrasound SU transmitted from the therapeutic transducer 10T can be appropriately focused on a region to be treated T. Each camera 30 photographs a surface of a sheet 100 and acquires image data of the surface. A correlation value between the image of a reference phase and that of the latest one is calculated, and the correlation value and a threshold value are compared. When the correlation value is not less than the threshold value, the system determines that a breast has not moved in the latest phase and the position of the region to be treated T has not displaced, and executes a control to continue the treatment with the strong ultrasound SU. When the correlation value is less than the threshold value, the system determines that the breast has moved in the latest phase and it is highly possible that the region to be treated T has displaced, and executes a control to stop the treatment with the strong ultrasound SU.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡易な構成で治療箇所の変位に対応する超音波治療システムを提供する。【解決手段】治療用振動子10Tから送波される治療用の強力超音波SUが治療箇所Tの位置に適切に集束するように、超音波振動子10の位置や向きが調整され、治療用振動子10Tが電子走査制御される。各カメラ30は、シート100の表面を撮像してその表面の画像データを得る。そして、基準となる時相の画像と最新時相の画像との間の相関値が算出され、相関値と閾値が比較される。相関値が閾値以上であれば、最新の時相において乳房が動いておらず治療箇所の位置も移動していないと判断して、強力超音波SUによる治療を続ける制御が実行される。一方、相関値が閾値より小さければ、最新の時相において乳房が動いており治療箇所の位置も移動している可能性が高いと判断され、強力超音波SUによる治療を中断させる制御が実行される。【選択図】図3
