PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional endoscope apparatus which can capture a three-dimensional image whose zoom magnification can be changed and also capture a two-dimensional image with a wide visual field range without providing an imaging part for capturing a two-dimensional image separately from an imaging part for capturing a three-dimensional image and without any increase in size of the imaging part.SOLUTION: An imaging part 50 for acquiring a pair of right and left parallax images, which is disposed at the tip part of a three-dimensional endoscope, includes: a zoom part 301 including a first lens group 312 to a third lens group 316 configured on the basis of a four-group zoom type mechanical correction type zoom lens as an imaging optical system 60 and a pair of right and left fourth lens groups 318R, 318L of image formation system disposed at the subsequent stage.
