The device fixation means comprise a at least two first fixation elements , each fixation element comprising a first base attached to a baseplate of the tray, and a pair of first lateral supports connected to the first base and a cross-connection between the lateral supports for holding an end of the medical device in side stabilization between the lateral supports. The lateral supports of the at least two first fixation elements comprise a heat conductive sheet material. The holding means further comprise a second fixation element placed in proximity of the at least two first fixation elements comprising a second base for attaching the second fixation element to the baseplate of the tray, a body of insulating material connected to the base, comprising an opening in a central region of the fixation element body, a passage in the fixation element body from a top side of the fixation element to the opening, and a pair of resilient members, attached to the passage walls near the passage entrance. The resilient members partially bridge the passage.
