The holding surface (51s) includes portions that respectively correspond to the four corners (15c) of the sheet-like member (15), each of the portions is a curve surface-like portion along an arc track that is drawn by the each of the portions when passing the predetermined position (Pout), and a track that is drawn when at least a part that is arranged between two adjacent curve surface-like portions in a direction along the circulating trajectory on the holding surface (51s) passes the predetermined position (Pout) is positioned more inwardly in the radial direction of the circulating trajectory than the arc track that is drawn when the two adjacent curve surface-like portions passes the predetermined position (Pout).
