PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural and horticultural greenhouse capable of efficiently heating or cooling for temperature adjustment for soil and plants in a greenhouse for agriculture etc.SOLUTION: The agricultural and horticultural greenhouse is so constructed that: at least one part of an inner surface of an agricultural and horticultural greenhouse 1 is constituted of a greenhouse inner surface constructing member composed of a material radiating and absorbing far infrared ray and comprising a far infrared ray-radiating substance having 0.6 or more of far infrared emissivity; in soil 4 of the greenhouse, a tube 5 for heating or cooling is arranged; the soil 4 is mixed with a material comprising the same far infrared ray-radiating substance 6 as that of the greenhouse inner surface constructing member or a different far infrared ray-radiating substance; when the soil 4 is heated by the tube 5 for heating, far infrared ray radiated from the heated soil is absorbed by the far infrared ray-radiating substance of the greenhouse inner surface constructing member; and when the soil 4 is cooled by the tube 5 for cooling, far infrared ray radiated from the greenhouse inner surface constructing member is absorbed by the far infrared ray-radiating substance 6 in the cooled soil.【課題】農業用等のハウス内の土壌および植物のために効率的な、加温もしくは冷却の温度調節を可能にする農園芸用ハウスを提供する。【解決手段】農園芸用ハウス1の内面の少なくとも一部が、遠赤外線を放射・吸収し遠赤外線の放射率が0.6以上である遠赤外線放射物質を含む材料で構成されたハウス内面構成部材からなり、前記ハウスの土壌4内に、加熱または冷却用管5が配設され、かつ、前記ハウス内面構成部材と同一の遠赤外線放射物質6、またはそれと異なる遠赤外線放射物質を含む材料を前記土壌4に配合し、前記加熱用管5により前記土壌4が加熱されると、その加熱された土壌中から放射する遠赤外線を前記ハウス内面構成部材の前記遠赤外線放射物質が吸収し、または前記冷却用管5により前記土壌4が冷却されると、その冷却された土壌中の遠赤外線放射物質6が前記ハウス内面構成部材から放射する遠赤外線を吸収する構成にされた農園芸用ハウス。【選択図】図1
