PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state estimation system capable of estimating a state of a load received by a driver from a gazing position.SOLUTION: A state estimation system 10 for estimating a driving load of a driver includes: a driver state estimation unit 22 for acquiring a gazing position identified on the basis of a result of detection of a sight line of the driver a vehicle state estimation unit 23 for estimating a vehicle state a peripheral state estimation unit 24 for estimating a peripheral state and an integrated state determination part 21 for recording a gazing position as a gazing position map in association with the vehicle state and the peripheral state in a storage part of a center 12.
