PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber scanning device that is able to reduce the diameter and size thereof and has simple structure.SOLUTION: An optical fiber scanning device 15 comprises: an optical fiber 14 provided with a permanent magnet 17 a coil chip 50 in which a conductive drive coil 63 is formed on an insulation layer 62 formed on a flat substrate 61, and the drive coil 63 is covered with non-conductive resin 66 and a coil unit 70 in which four coil chips 50 are arranged parallel to one another.
