The present invention relates to a convection oven, and more particularly, to a convection oven having a smoking function for causing an increase in the efficiency of a smoking means, wherein the convection oven includes a smoking means inside a cooking chamber of the convection oven, thereby enabling heating and cooking through smoking prior to cooking or during cooking, and shortening preheating time and cooking time of the oven.
