This patent discloses an invention of a process of extracting a pure Lycopene by using coconut oil from water melon fruits by using the pink part of the fruit only. Since the process does not use ant toxic solvent, the resultant Lycopene extract product can be taken life long as a supplement that can makehuman beings to live young and healthy up to 120 years. The patent also discloses the results when using other edible oils namely groundnut oil and Sesame oil.
