The present invention relates to a repellent composition for harmful birds, which repels harmful bird species such as pigeons and allows for fundamental eradication of harmful birds, the repellent composition comprising: 40-65 wt% of an adhesive component for adhesive ability 10-15 wt% of a property stabilizing agent for stability with respect to water 20-30 wt% of an antisagging agent for prevention against sagging 2-10 wt% of an UV blocking agent for preventing changes in properties due to UV rays and 3-15 wt% of a repelling component for harmful bird species, wherein the adhesive component is polybutylene, the property stabilizing agent is ceresin wax, the antisagging agent is talc the UV blocking agent is titanium dioxide, the repelling component is Eucalyptus oil, lemongrass oil, and spearmint oil. According to the present invention, the repellent composition for harmful birds does not physically kill or harm the harmful bird species but induce them to stay away, thus increasing the product appeal to the consumers, and also uses environmentally friendly components such as Eucalyptus oil, lemongrass oil, and spearmint oil as the repelling component to provide an eco-friendly product.
