The implant (100) has a skewed anterior element (200) and a posterior element (300) joined by a hinge (400). The posterior element is used to position the implant. The anterior and posterior elements are movable between an opening position to allow introduction of the implant in direction of vertebrae and a closing position obtained by pivotment during contact of the anterior element against a plate of vertebra. The elements form an obtuse angle (alpha) greater than or equal to 135 degrees and less than 180 degrees between reference planes (A, B) median to the elements and secant to the hinge.
