A fishing scent disperser for catching fish comprises a loosely binding fibre mesh tube 1 that holds a multiplicity of loosely packed longitudinal fibres 2 that are held together by a multiplicity of radial fibres 3. The dispenser can be attached to a fishing hook by inserting the hook through the mesh attached to a hair rig or using a binding methodology such as gluing. In use liquid attractant scent can be inserted into the dispenser close to the hook, leaving air at the opposite side, allowing the disperser to pop up from the bottom of the bed of water. The dispenser imitates a submerged sodden bread and moves in the natural flow of a body of water.
