The disclosure relates to a device and method for tracking status ofsterilization for a sterilizedpackage being sterilized in a sterilizer. The method comprises executinginstructions on aprocessor at a computing device that: track in a database a status of a firststerilization testrelating to the sterilized package being sterilized in the sterilizer； trackin the database a statusof a second sterilization test relating to the sterilized package beingsterilized in the sterilizer；generate on a display controlled by the computing device a graphical userinterface (GUI)showing the status of the first and second sterilization tests； and upon achange of the status ofthe first sterilization test in the database, update the GUI to show anupdated status of the firstbiological test.
