The present invention relates to a transmission device of an agricultural work vehicle, including: an axle for moving an agricultural work vehicle a transmission portion connected to the axle and performing a shift with respect to driving provided from an engine of the agricultural work vehicle for adjusting the speed of the agricultural work vehicle and a switching portion provided to be connected to the transmission portion, wherein the axle includes a front axle on which an agricultural tire is mounted, and a rear axle on which the agricultural tire or the crawler is mounted, wherein the switching portion additionally performs an accelerating or decelerating shift when the crawler is mounted on the rear axle.
