The three-dimensional membrane of the present invention is configured with at least an electrode portion on the appearance member and protruding out of its surface. The electrode portion is formed with a three-dimensional surface in a shape conforming with the human face or body shape. Each electrode portion may be corresponded to each applying portion of human body. The surface of appearance member is configured with a control circuit layer for connecting with each electrode portion. The electrode portion is used for applying or smearing skin care products or liquid with ion formulations or medicine liquid on the applied portion. When the electrode portion is powered, the control circuit layer will be introduced with weak electric current to form an electric loop so that the skin care products or liquid medicine may be introduced into the inner layer of skin.
